The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) manages more public land than any other federal agency, including managing Red Rock Canyon NCA. In spite of that, it is severely underfunded and under- staffed —even though visitation numbers are soaring! 🌍📈
But you can help! Congress is currently deciding the BLM’s budget, and our Time To Care Campaign is here to make sure they know we NEED PROPER FUNDING for this crucial agency. 🌟
Why is this so important? It’s essential to safeguard the unique cultural and biological heritage of our lands, ensure that public spaces are safe and accessible for all, and support long-term, effective management to maintain the health of our landscapes.
📬 Take Action Now: Send a letter to your senators and representatives urging them to increase funding for the BLM. Your support helps protect our public lands for today and for future generations!
