The trails we hike and bike, the walls we climb, the dark skies we love...Red Rock Canyon NCA is managed by the Bureau of Land Management. A proposed FY27 budget would gut the BLM:
• 34% budget cut
• 76% cut to National Conservation Lands like Red Rock
• 61% slashed from recreation
Congress can reject it — but only if they hear from us.

3 million acres. That`s how much protection Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante just lost — enough to virtually erase both monuments. These lands are an Indigenous homeland stewarded since time immemorial, home to Tribal cultural resources, wildlife, and clean water. We can`t stay quiet. Sign the petition and tell Congress to defend them.

Meet your nocturnal neighbor: the kit fox 🦊
North America`s smallest fox comes alive after dark, hunting under the cover of night. But light pollution disrupts the natural rhythms desert wildlife depend on.
That`s why we`re working toward an Urban Night Sky Place designation for Red Rock - darker skies mean healthier wildlife. 🌙
