This act shall be known as the Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area and
Adjacent Lands Act.
a local government:
1. Shall not, in regulating the use of those lands: (a) Increase the number of
residential dwelling units allowed by zoning regulations in existence on
the effective date of this act
