The governor signed SB 240 into Law!

Supporters of Red Rock Canyon have waited a long time for this.  The number one public response vetted from years of public campaigning and NDOT safety meetings is about to be satisfied with the posting of new 50 mph signs along Red Rock Canyon’s National Scenic Byway (SR 159).  Thanks to Senator Shirley Breeden for Sponsoring the Bill, Zane Marshall for introducing it to her, NDOT for providing solutions, the public for testifying, and the state legislators for voting in unanimous approval, one of our newest Nevada State Laws is further proof that Red Rock Canyon is a highly valued state and national treasure.
