C.A.R.E. Cycling Advocacy Ride Event
Saturday, December 15, 2018 @ 7:30 am - 10:30 am
A rare and important cycling opportunity to make a difference, C.A.R.E. is a road bike ride and mountain bike ride riding separately, but ending together to promote complete streets, trail preservation, and cycling advocacy and awareness with our elected officials. Come speak to your representatives who will be there to hear your concerns and let them know that #bikelivesmatter.
If you can’t come, you can still help by joining or signing the following petitions:
Petition – Safer Fort Apache with Bike Lanes
Petition – Keep Red Rock Rural
Ask your Senator to Vote NO on AV START Act
Southern Nevada Bicycle Coalition
Another great event is also this day: NV State Championship CX Races Southern Utah Cyclocross
C.A.R.E. will also have a petition for cyclocross racers and fans at the State Championship Cyclocross races this same morning at Craig Ranch Park from 7am-4pm. Check out that event or ours or both and help promote cycling advocacy for all.
