STATE SUPREME COURT CASE

Tuesday, Oct. 3, the Nevada Supreme Court heard the appeal in the Gypsum Resources V. Masto case that could be the solution to this entire atrocity of trying to put nonconforming high density development in the precious rural area of Red Rock Canyon.  Save Red Rock was there to hear the proceedings.

The choice before the judges:
Was the law (SB 358) made by the people to protect Red Rock, unconstitutional because it did not apply to every county in the state, and/or it singled out one person?  Or is the “value” of Red Rock unique and compelling and broad enough to warrant “deference” and protection?

So cars need to move into on coming traffic It’s only 2 lanes

I wish bikers would ride single file, though; they'd be safer doing just that.

Need to also include language for not riding two or three deep on the shoulder.
